How can I access my statements and processing history online?

  • To view your processing history if you have a Starter Account : Log into your NaviGate gateway> Manage Money> My Transactions. You can view all of your past transactions or search for specific transactions based on card type, last four card digits or date range.
  • To view your processing history and statements if you have an Advanced Account:  We will provide you access to a portal where you are able to view your transaction history,settlement history and statements. Please contact us for log in credentials to your portal.
  • To view processing history and statements if you have an Enterprise Account: Please contact us for further information.
